5 ounces organic baby spinachBlend all ingredients in a high powered blender until smooth and creamy.

1 cup frozen or fresh blueberries
1/2 cup soy milk
1/2 cup pomegranate juice or other unsweetened fruit juice
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds

8-10 ounces romaine or leaf lettuce
1 tablespoon Dr. Fuhrman's Blood Orange Vinegar
